Over the years i have put together a nice hutchison soda and the matching 7 oz crown tops collection. I never kept any painted labels i found. Years latter im thinking how often are you really gonna see these. So im starting to save the local painted labels. My questine is what to clean them with? I use acid on the older stuff but im sure it would eat the label. Someone told me tooth paste. I tried that and they are cleaner but not as clean as i like the stuff i display. Thanks.

A little barkeepers friend works wonders, Google it and you'll find somewhere local that you can buy it. Mix it with a little water into a paste and rub it over the bottle, then just rinse it off and enjoy...
