Found 2 more Mason's 1858 jars; one was intact and even had the lid and seal (which fell apart in my sink), it's a nice aqua color and has the number 7 between "Mason's" and "Patent". The other was missing the screw lip, and has a keystone logo between "Mason's" and "Patent":

Also found a James Barker's New Process Creamery bottle that says, on the back, "This jar must be cleaned and returned". Can't find any info on this one:

This little one was the smaller of a pair I found that I think are milk or cream jars, as they have the same lip type as the Barker:

The first actual decent find of the day was this Winarick Inc.'s Jeris Hair Tonic "For luxuriant hair". I did not bring this one home, but rather left it for Scott:

Finally, among the rest were 3 small cobalts (2 Noxzema) and these unidentified(able) iron pieces:

Here's the growing collection. Not everything here is keeper stuff, just me trying to clean up the area a little 8-) :

EDIT: Just found this link on estimating rarity of mason jars: How Do I Identify Valuable Mason Jars?

Wish I could find any info on the creamery, though. BTW, what's that "red book" bottle hunters reference for prices? I think I might buy one this weekend.

I saw that, but it doesn't give me any more info (other than the address) than what I already could read on the bottle itself.

I've just sent an email to the Philadelphia History Museum and Hahnemann University Hospital asking them about it. We'll see what sort of responses I get.

Thanks, I did find it on Google, finally. $35 is a bit to put out for a book, bible though it is or not. That's gonna have to wait until I sell a few...
