Today I grabbed the etrac an headed out to an old mill site that I have done well at. Well I found nothing with my machine. So I started to walk the bank of the canal when I saw the glint of aqua sticking out of the leaves that's when I found the Kemps balsam for throat and lungs. Then a foot away from there another one. Then finally I came across this little three piece mold slick med. there nothing really special but you gotta love finding glass when your not looking for it. Tommorow ill head back with my probe odds are there's more. Thanks for looking- Justin

Great googly glass-finds!! I love these old "medicine" bottles..that cured just about anything..truth be told, they contained mostly alcohol, and who wouldn't feel better after chugging a couple of these down!? lol...cool finds, thanks for sharing...ddf

Thanks . I went back this afternoon to no avail. I think some one was sick and on break at the old mill and had a taste for the Kemps .

It's a good thing the FDA was created. I'm sure these patent Ned's did more damage then good.

straight up, but actually morphine is a great cough suppressant and TB ran rampant especially among the reservations.

The kemps is barely under the leaf litter...perhaps they were recent discards from a fellow bottle hunter. The dump should be nearby.

That is a possibility but the bank is very high and steep I think they could of washed out from the top of the bank possibly after the snow melt.
