Hi Everyone
I was walking along the shore of a lake in the Adirondacks in upstate NY when I came upon this bottle covered in black gunk. After a bit of cleaning the origin of this bottle is still a mystery to me. To me it looks like an elongated milk of magnesia bottle, but I've consulted with some more senior (read: old) individuals (my parents and uncles/aunts) and no consensus was reached. It's about 1 3/4 inches in diameter and there's no writing on it anywhere. Does anyone recognize this bottle
