Iron pontil bottles are something I don't come across too often. I have only found one in my four years of digging. It's a Porter ale bottle I found in the mud of the Connecticut river. I would love to see what you all have in your collections.- Justin

My only whole iron pontil came out of a dump on the banks of the Nashua river. Like yours, it is unembossed. It actually is very similar to yours. I think mine is a little greener.

i have two of these, found in the same place but years apart. I really like the stain on the bottom and the sharp edges.

Beautiful piece they are quite similar but mine is more of a corn flower blue.

Wow that is a really nice umbrella. I've never seen one with an iron pontil before.
