I love digging, but I haven't had the time. I dragged the kids to a garage sale and found these bottles there. I love the Virgin Mary bottle. Some sites have it dated at 1930, but who knows. These bottles were sold in Mexico from earlier than 1930. Some contained wine, while others had holy water. The Los Angeles Brewing Co bottle was hard to find information on. I think it's cool nonetheless. Maybe tomorrow will be a good day to dig on our road trip from El Paso to Dallas! I wonder how that holy water bottle worked ?? It dosent look from the pics. that it would stand on its base. Maybe it hung on a hook or somthing. ??

Maybe it did hang from a hook, Blak bart. It can stand on its base. I imagine it was treated with care. It reminds me of my grandmother and how she stored a bottle of holy water, but used it to dab small amounts of water on herself or objects whenever she felt the need to. I've always been fascinated with the way that holy water lasts, and it doesn't cloud. I had to have this bottle...🙂
