Howdy Folks! :hello:I picked this bottle up out in Quartzite, AZ. at the Rock and Rust show this past January. It caught my attention from across the room.
Can someone that knows about Colorado Beer Bottles chime in? I know from a previous posting there is a hard to get Colorado Bottle Collectors Book that has Coors bottles info in it. I'm not too concerned with the value, I'd rather know the history.
It is 11 1/4" tall and embossed high on the shoulder "Coors". Has plenty of medium sized bubbles in it. Its an Export shape with a hand finished crown lip. The seam is wiped over an inch below the lip. The bottom looks to be both cupped and post style and just above the cup seam at the bottom its embossed C G CO 936 B
Any info would be appreciated.

I found a Coors bottle just like this yesterday but it is clear colored. I have searched everywhere and haven't seen another clear embossed Coors bottle at all. Are theae from the same time period?

JeepGirl , there are 5 known Coors bottles that are clear ranging in date from 1898 to 1909 . Some pictures would help me date it for you .
