I was out doing some metal detecting and seen these under a tree . I got them home and started to clean them and saw that they have bobbles in the glass I thought that's pretty cool. So now I guess I got another hobby in store for me lol.... the one on the left is Davis ok baking powder with a green look and the other is a seagull baking powder with a purple tint.. 20181202_145037.jpg

looks like nice thick glass I would have brought them home
Yeah I don't know much about bottles but I'm going to learn. I know there a couple bottle dumps where I metal detect. I will check it out and see what I can find..

Nice finds. Those baking powders seem to all be the same size and shape. The only one I ever found was embossed "The Potter-Parlin Co." Take heed of NJKLAGT's warning. It took a lot less to totally ruin me for life 44 years ago, but I wouldn't change things for anything in the world.

I have a room full, bottles were the very first thing we dug as kids. I know of a few very old bottle dumps up here no one has been to in a long time. Enjoy

Once you start you don't stop .It is getting to the point I am as old as the bottles I find .If you want to learn this is the place to do it
Lol.... this is a great place to learn and make friends that are into the same hobbies. I learned a lot about metal detecting from here and I'm sure you guy's will let me know what I have when I post. I do thank all of you guy's for all the support and education.
