Great finds! I'd guess the James Rays is from about 1902-1915. That watch is pretty sweet, brass with gold plate?

Yeah, I think so. 10K acid eat it up very slowly. It came out of the hole looking like gold though.

Here's another clue:
"The bottler name embossed, James Ray's Sons, had gone out of business by about 1912."
