The same embossed mark was shown on what was said to be a French 19th Century wine bottle by a French collector who sells on eBay.

He didn’t assign it any more than that and described it thus:

Double crested unknown Coat of arms. Representing marriage between marquis and comte (probably Alsace french family and germany family). Two heraldic shields surmounted by 2 coronets (marquis and comte).

I don’t know how reliable that might be, but perhaps it gives you something more to go on with a bit more Googling. Yours look earlier/cruder so perhaps this is a wine estate/company with a longer history.
