Was digging a 1870-80 privy and found this base and top. Somewhat of a crier I’d say. Just can’t narrow down the ID. Any help would be great. Thanks Jgas. Thanks for the info Kenosha. Although I’m not seeing the L. I was seeing a G. That’s what got me confused. And the pit I was in was nowhere near the 1920s. All older stuff. Wood ash and hinge mold meds. Not saying this couldn’t be a late late throw into the pit. It just looks older I guess. Thanks for the info for sure tho. I can’t find any IXG stuff. Jgas.

I have the feeling it's a European piece Gas, finding the maker will be tough, and I think IXL is the right embossing. I know they made poison bottles...

Well maybe there will be a Skull and Crossbones cobalt poison in the next pit over then. Ha. Thanks for the replies guys. Jgas
