This sounds crazy but I took a 5 min video of a house fire in 2015. When I played it back it had all kinds of voices on it. This is going to sound crazy but the last 30 seconds of the video there's a voice that says " in Waterloo Alabama there is a treasure of historical and financial value, 180 feet below the surface lies 200 thousand kilograms of gold silver and platinum bars, this treasure was in the groundbefore Ulysses s Grant took over the land" . I know that sounds crazy. Over the top of that it gives me coordinates and land markers. I found out the Ulysses s Grant did take over Alabama which I thought was amazing and also that Hernando de Soto went through there. I know this sounds unreal but my video is very real. I've listened to it over a thousand times I'm sure. Can anybody give me any advice on what to do next?

Welcome to TreasureNet Martin !

Though I'm Skeptical of evp's , I Used to have a Real to real & Used to Tape such phenomena
Continually when I'd record over night. would be able to hear Many Voices Whispering Simultaneously.
I Personally Think it is the same as
where people see things in shadows. The Mind trying to Make Sense.

However, That Said. I Do believe in Reincarnation, & Perhaps, Past Memory Seeping In. which could also explain why someone can dream of a treasure & find out it's there.

Even if it is your Mind.

Research , & Good Luck !

BTW, Note I Moved your Post From Help. to

Help is mainly For Technical Info.
This would Probably be a Better Forum

Time to sit down and think.

Discreetly check the exact location.
There could be a car dealership there now, or a library, hospital, etc.

There is no need to deal with the source of the information,.......

It's a straight up treasure recovery.
(Hopefully)

You need to find an honest and experienced recovery man.

That in it's self isn't a small task.

Keep us up to date on how things are going.

Best of Luck

Think about it for a bit. 180 feet below the surface? Really? Since this predates a lot of equipment necessary to place something 180 feet down, you now have to figure out how it got there. A few dozen folks with shovels could not have
done it, in my estimation. Is there a known cave system that could have branches at the given coordinates, 180 feet down? Probably the most important question is “Can anyone else hear the message?”

Without further evidence, at least to the possible existence of this trove, I will chalk it up to someone hearing what they want to hear.

Well, it's not the norm, I agree,.....

And your points are well taken.

If the audio is clear as a bell,.....
Seems like a lot of dialog,... yes,... I would like to know if others
hear the same wording, (no need to disclose everything).

Now another task, and not a simple one,......

In a world where you can be killed over a pack of cigarettes,.....
You have to find someone completely trustworthy.

Actually a couple would be better.

if more than one person hears the audio clear as a bell,......
you're onto something.

I'm guessing if It's clear as a Bell,
It was probably either a Treasure Hunter standing Near the Mic.
Or maybe it was someone Discussing a Movie Scene ?

Ok, all weirdness aside, let's look at this practically. It is a very wet area, and any hole would quickly fill with water. 180 feet? Forget it.
Try to capture some spirits discussing treasure 175 feet closer to the surface.

Sounds pretty bizarre.
If you acquired the tape/video from elsewhere ....But that aside,.

IF you deem it something you must follow...Research.
Go with the "info" you have and dig into it farther.

That depth underground may be an existing area /underground area that can be entered without digging.
How many of those exist in the given state?
And how many are the public able to access?

I don't believe Grant/or those he was involved with) left such uncovered. Not meant as an insult, but I wouldn't dig with a shovel 6 foot on what's been given.
But then , I don't dig over six foot anymore anyways...

Maybe call Zak Bagins with Ghost adventures... he is a self proclaimed specialist at EVP's. He might even hear other things that you didn't hear. Good luck to ya !!!

I have to ask is this a video recorder using tape? Some recorders when banged or dropped would easily lose the alignments on the heads, sometimes the erase head wouldn't be aligned and you'd get remnants of audio or video at the bottom of the frame. The best thing you can do is to use new unused tapes. I'm not saying this is what happened to you, but with depths like what you're looking at it'd be a good thing to look at all alternatives before picking up the shovel. Don't know of any left but if you can locate a shop that dupes videos, they should be able to adjust the tracking on their deck to see if the heads are out a little. At the very least it'll save you from hearing about it from your buddies.

If my math is correct, that trove would weigh 2,200 TONS; nuff said.
Don.....

My math came up 220 tons. 200,000Kg * 2.2 (1Kg = 2.2lbs) = 440,000lbs / 2000lbs = 220 tons. But you still make a hell of a point. 220 tons of gold, silver and platinum bars 185' deep that dates to a time between Hernando de Soto and Ulysses S. Grant? Barely in the realm of technical feasibility from an engineering perspective. Think back to tseek7 digging a 3' x 3' hold 65" deep to retrieve a cache and how accurate he would have to be at that depth to hit the cache if it is there. Now think of the accuracy required to hit a cache 3 times that depth.

Yes I am talking Brand New Real To Real Audio Tape

Like this

index.jpg

I would put it on Record & Go to bed.

When I would listen Back I Would Hear Ghostly Sounding Whispers throughout the Tapes.
It was next to Impossible to Understand the Voices, But it would definitely Convince Most Ghost Hunters
Of Spirits :tongue3: But Occasionally I would pick out Words .

Just like Ghost Hunters Pick out Mama When listening back on Tapes in a House with Dead Kids.
It's what they "Want" to Hear.

Again

My opinion it's Faults in the Tapes & or Recorders maybe even Mild Breezes, & The Mind Interpreting them as Voices.

But It seemed to happen whether the tape was New or Reused

Martin, Like they say, if you stay quite no one knows how smart you are, but open your mouth and you can quickly tell. Unfortunately in the old days 20 years ago you could ask for help on this site and there were some great treasure hunters that would help you. Now, all you get are arm chair comic book readers that can only make smart remarks and wouldn't know a valid story from Plasma Man.

I would get a select group of friends and have them listen to your tape individually. Don't tell them anything, you just want them to listen, and write down what they hear. If they agree you have a valid story, great, if not, move on to something else. If it gives you a GPS location you don't have to tell them.

If they all agree it is valid, take the GPS location and go check it out. 200 feet is not a shovel project. IF you have visited the location decide what you want to do. 200 feet is probably a mine location or natual cavern {limestone}. You can check county records for mine locations. If this doesn't work, look for the oldest guy in the neighborhood that has lived there all his life. I've done this and it works. Ask the old guy if there is an opening into the ground around there. Then you are on your own.

I have heard worse stories than your, and a treasure was found. So Go for it.

Good luck!!
