What type are these?

Found these in Williamsport Md., they are .44cal. I always reffered to them as Picket bullets not sure if that is right, little help please. Thanks.

Going by by HBCWB&C They do look like picket bullets ,( I have never dug any or own any ).

Book say's almost endless varieties to be found This # 211 "in my book says all have solid bases"

As you likely know they were used in early Tennessee & Pennsylvania Rifles.
