May be a modern muzzle loader bullet.

Not 100 % here but I'D guess post war muzzle loader also.

There is still a chance of CW IMHO .

    Still a keeper.

As I am finding , In life we begin having the Blissful happiness & the Wonder & innocence of a Child, then fall Quickly, then spend the rest of our lives trying to reach that point where we began ,through Pleasure , Fame, & Materials but Only 'Through true faith in Jesus , can we find Prefect Happiness or true Meaning in our Short lives on this Beautiful Earth filled with both the Light of Pure goodness & The Darkness of Pure Evil. It is a US Model-1871 .50-70 "Government" rifle bullet. Custer's troops used some at the Little Bighorn battle. I'm certain your find isn't a modern Blackpowder Reproduction one. See the attached images. The bulletmold is marked ".50-70-450" and "Winchester 1880."

Is the small hole in the flat part common for modern or civil war bullets ?
I would rather see an authentic broken scraper posted than a G-10 Artifake!

Common for civil war era bullets, and almost never seen on modern ones.
