Will be in Phoenix area 6/28 thru 7/2

I will be in Phoenix 6/28 thru 7/2 and would like to try some detecting in the area. I am from Iowa and this will be my first time in Arizona, I plan on bringing my detector and would like to meet up with someone familiar with the area to do some detecting as I would have no idea where to go or where it is allowed. My wife will be visiting her sister and it would be a long week if I won't be able to get out and do some detecting!!
