I'm a novice myself having dabbeled in the hobby back when I had a vintage Garrett BFO (Beat Frequency Oscillator) detector. Never had much luck with it and it just frustrated me more than anything try to set it up  . I plan on getting out early Spring in 2010 and maybe contact some of you to see who would be up for hunting.

My son will be attending Lehigh University Wrestling camp June 26th - June 28. We will be staying the whole week if anyone would like to get together to metal detect while we are there let me know. Or if you have any ideas on places to go that would be great.
