Anyone in North Texas? Cooke or Grayson County?

I am in Collin county and if anyone is interested I want to plan a hunt/search for the Grayson County Pilot Grove/Creek treasure.

I'm interested but get distracted with work, lol... I've been in Plano since '75 so I know the area somewhat well. I get out to all the surrounding counties as opportunities come up! I would be interested in a group hunt or get together and would help try to get it off the ground...just not by myself!

It would be perfect if we could all hunt an old farmhouse or some sort of place where multiple people would've draw too much attention.
