went on a road trip a few weeks ago and struck up a conservation with a teller. he said he had been working at the bank for over 10 years and had saved a few halves and wanted to know if i would be interested in buying them. i told him i would be back in 2 weeks and i would stop by and look at them. i went by today and went in and he said i got the halves and something else you may want. he got out 53 kennedy 40% halves and a uncirculated silver eagle. i asked him how much he wanted for the lot and he said he would take 80.00 for the lot. i bought them all. here are the pics...

i could not believe he said 80.00. i guess that is why i like to let the seller tell me what he will take. i paused a minute before i said i would take it..........(does that help)?
