Found a 1997 error nickel today in mint condition... And a 1944 WAR nickel.. my first one of those. got a lot more to look through though.. also got some halves to search

I don't have a pic, i can get one put on here this weekend though.. It's a 1997 AU nickel, on the reverse side under the building where it says five cents, there is a big blob of extra metal that was left on the coin, on the bottom of the "c".. not sure if it is worth much.. but I've looked through a lot of nickels and never seen anything like it... And after looking through more rolle yesterday, I found a 1952 that has an error. There is a big crack on the reverse side.. and I can tell it isn't from ware, or scratches, it was minted like that. I think this one might be worth something... I'll post pics soon, you can tell me what you think.

Cracked planchets do carry a premium, look in the redbook and you can get an idea.
