Last winter, after driving 100 plus miles through miserable traffic with no finds,I make my last stop for the day. An elderly teller forks over two nice Walkers and a Franklin.
Yesterday I returned to this same bank. The head teller gives me one of those smirks and tells me that they don't have any halves in the bank.
The same elderly teller pipes up that she has some, and reaches in her drawer to retrieve them. As she is counting them out the head teller is watching her and telling her, not this one,not that one, etc. I ended up with 9.50 in clad out of 12.50.

On my way for todays hunt. :icon_sunny:

I thought from your title that you had a new name for Wells Fargo. I have never understood how tellers can keep those coins in their trays for what seems like years. Better luck next time Rich, Jim

I think I would have had some words for the cherrypicker. Say hey I would like all those coins please. Then ask to talk to the manager.
