Steel Cents Question

I'm not a penny collector. I'm the guy that throws his wheaties back to the banks so that the penny collectors can find them.

Today though while dumping I found a 1943 Steel cent. I normally throw them back too, but this one had a slanted "3".

Is this an error? Something valuable perhaps?

I'm not an expert but my book metions something about an error on the '43 steelies and they can be worth as much as $250.00 so yes I'd throw it back....NONO Imean keep it call Shake N Bake he is the pennie king
