Stopped by the same bank I scored a bunch of 40%& (1) 90% a week ago.I picked up 15 rolls 13 were solid rolls of 40% silver halves. All were marked in pencil 1964 or over like the last batch, the other 2 rolls skunk.Someone must be cashing in there collection?I also think that maybe the tellers are holding back the rolls that have the 1964 or before written on them? or maybe the person is just cashing in there 40%.Anyway I had a good day $130 face, total 38.4523 troy ozs = $701.37 at todays market.

Nice pickup. There is silver left in RI after Rich Hartford cleaned it up this past year.

Great score ! Almost tempting enough to go on a road trip to Rhode Island. But I won't. Haven't been on a road trip all month and am not planning on going on any in the future.

Great bank stop! It's interesting there were no 64s in there.

New to coin roll hunting thought I would try out the local bank. asked for halves the teller I normally go to had only two and a centennial dollar. Got all for face value. The teller next to the one I was talking to said she had six dollars worth. I only have four dollars so bought that much two were 90% 1954 halves. Went back the next day and bought the last two dollars worth no silver. Ended up with 2@90% and one silver dollar worth two. HHHH

Congrats on the score.

Those rolls look like a bunch i picked up a while back. Older, hand rolled and with the "right" dates written on them. I kept myself composed walking out of the bank and even managed to wait until I got home to check them out. EVERY single roll was a skunk. Someone (probably on here) had cleaned out the silver and reused the rolls or maybe it was just a sick joke by a coin roll hunter. :'(

Go back to that bank and buy dimes, quarters and nickels. If that was a coin collections it is possible that there are other keepers there to get. This happened to me once and I was very glad I had done so.

Nice score and good luck!!
