My job took me to the small town of Hesperia Mich. yesterday. After my show I stopped by the local bank and traded in 10 rolls of nickels for another 10 rolls. As I mentioned in a previous post I do not buy boxes but just trade in 10 rolls for ten rolls at various banks around the state as I am working. I try to use banks that I am a member of but not always. I have 11 rental properties so I have 11 mortgages so technically I have accounts at quite a few banks. Anyway one of the ten paper rolls I received was of an odd design I had not seen before. When I opened it they were all Jefferson pre 1962 with ten silver. I also scored a 1949 s that I needed for my coin rolled book. I guess the only kinda bummer was that none of the silvers I found were ones I needed. PS sorry the pic is so big do not know how to resize it.

1940p x 2
1941p x 4
1942s x 1 silver
1943p x 2 silver
1943s x 2 silver
1944p x 4 silver
1945s x 1 silver
1946p x 1
1947d x 1
1947s x1
1948p x 2
1949 x 1
1949s x 1 The only coin of the bunch I needed :hello2:
1952d x 2
1953p x 1
1953d x 1
1954d x 2
1958d x 1
1959d x 1
1960d x 2
1961p x 1
1961d x 2
1962 x 1

Nice haul on the nickels. I also needed a 1949-S to fill my album, and I found one acouple days ago. Now if I can only find a 1948-S...

I re sized the picture for you. I use a site called picresize.

The Haul came from just the one roll that I have a picture of. The other rolls contained just a few pre 1959's.

I'll keep you in mind. What else ya need?

I'm almost finished with my album, just have to find most of the '38 & '39's, some war nickels, and the 1948-S. Oh yeah, the infamous 1950-D one also. 20 more holes to fill.

nice find, war nickels are few and far between most of the time. I hope I find some, I got some nickels to search!
