Hi all,
This afternoon I received a call from one of my banks. I am planning a trip to Galveston. Mr. Apush & I plan on leaving to go to Galveston on Monday early AM. I had called this week to request 2 boxes from my bank--branch of which is 6 hours and hundreds of miles away from my home town--to order my boxes for the week. In a nutshell, I will be on vacation at least 300 miles away from home and still want to do my boxes.
I ordered them last week. Today, a teller called from Galveston to confirm my order. Told me the boxes would be waiting on me. No other questions; No other comments. Just the boxes would be there for me when I wanted them.
Top Dog! That is customer service!
apush (who is going to the beaches for 5 days for some really needed r&r). Kids report back to school in 5 weeks.
