Wells Fargo had both my $500 boxes of halves...great! I bring 'em home and figure I'll take a couple hundred to work with me. I open them...$1000 worth of 2000-P's. What a soap opera this has become. I think I'll wait awhile before ordering again.

Yeah, that's at least the "silver" lining to all this. But I had visions of Walkers and Franklins as I toted those boxes home. Ah well...

Sorry to hear that Immy. Hopefully, you can unload them at the casino instead of having to re-wrap them and take them to the bank. I picked up two boxes today, and tore into one while I was waiting in the car. I got zilch,zero,zip,notta,nothing, a big fat goose egg! LOL I'll let you know if there is anything in the other box, but it doesn't look promising.

Well, I haven't opened any yet because they all look like never-opened original rolls (yellow wrappers). Bright, shiny 2000P's on each end. I'm thinking of dropping them off en masse at Bank of America tomorrow. The casino was my first idea but I don't want to encounter them over and over when I do an occasional $100.

Tried $35 in nickels to salvage the day and got only moderate results -

...and a 1994 Canadian.

Tought luck. I also ordered a box from my bank. Should have it next week. Can't wait.
I did pick up a bag of 500 in Quarters yesterday though, just hoping somebody cashed in something good. Found alot of new quarters and....1 Standing Liberty!!
Very exciting! But it is a slick. No dates or details at all. But it is silver at least. 8)
