Cashed in my 40%'s today
I got 60 40% half dollars in the last 2 months from CRH and decided I needed some cash. I called a few places buying and even though they were paying 17x face for 90%ers, they would only give $1.50 to $2.00 for each 40%er, so I put them on ebay and got $3.67 each, even after the fees I made $3.34 each. So I did alot better on with them there.
