Yep, as the title states after a long 3 months of coin roll hunting dimes on weekends and 226 silver dimes (25 mercs) later I finally found my first 1949S Roosevelt in a nice high AU.

The story in short is I turned in $350 or so into one of my usual dump banks. I picked up $65 in CWR, $65 in BWR and a box of $500 dimes. CWR was a skunk, the $65 BWR yielded both 1949D AND 1949S dimes. I can only imagine what was in the rest of that box :-\

The $500 box of dimes yielded 1964, 1959, 1957, 1947, 1944, 1943D, 1943S silver dimes. My best $500 box yet.

Overall a great day.
