Found in a box of halves(help indentify)

I was seeing if anyone knew anything about this coin. I went to the Israel government coins and medals corporation website and could not find it there. On the front is some kind of bird and on the back it has the year 1978 and says Israel government coins and medals corporation and some Hebrew writing. Does anyone know what it is. Is it worth anything?

Seems to be what you have. I don't know if they made it out of differing compositions or not though, it would be nice if it was silver rather than just brass.

pictures are a little blurry, check if the text on the obverse looks a little like this:
הביאי בני מרחוק ובנותי מקצה הארץ
i think i've seen this meal before, it was minted in by the Israeli mint and that quote on the obverse is from Isaiah 43:6 , and translates: Bring My sons from afar And My daughters from the ends of the earth. do u see that line in english between the dove's open wings on the reverse?
if I'm not mistaken, it was minted in honor of "EL-AL", the israeli first and biggest airlines company, in either bronze, silver or gold.
i'm not a 100% sure of all that, but i have seen these before (i lived in israel till the age of 19).
by the way, any writing on the rim?
