$2000 in dimes takes 3 of us about 2 hours edge-searching;

or 1/2 hour pouring it down the good 'ol coinstar (free at our bank).

I just love coinstar when it's free.

Do you edge check only? How long does 2 grand take?

If you get clear plastic.. takes half hour.. I weigh the rolls too for accuracy

After $5,500 in Brinks clear wraps, I've still never found a single silver dime in any roll.

String rolls? I am averaging 1 per $125, give or take.

n9zez, yep about 30mins when they are in clear brinks. Usually do the edging with them still in the box but with good light. Just run my finger down the roll and follow with my eyes till I see something suspicious or out standing. Once finish a row in the box, scoop that row out and do the other. It is quick.
Thanks all. As indicated in a newer post today, the $500 in dimes I did was a bust. Gonna try hit it again tomorrow and may try get a bunch of hand rolled this time. Love TD bank and their penny arcade machine. thank you much buffalo boy for that great tip about them.
