Congratulations, that is the right way to celebrate a first box. May you find many more.

Yep. An east coast box. 8)

How often do you find silvers on the West Coast. (You live there don't you? SF- SanFrancisco?)

Thanks

Let's just say results are not great here. Nothing compared to East Coast. Used to be better. I'm in the SF Peninsula. Not SF. Typically you have a majority skunk boxes with boxes here and there are some that make up for some of the skunks. It used to be much better a couple years ago.

Nice start.

That's way better than what you should expect from a box these days.

The 72S really only has value for you...if you like it. Common date clad impaired proofs are worth $.50.

Look at completed e-bay sales, and you'll see complete in original packaging proof sets (incuding the Kennedy) going for less than the values you'll see quoted in price guides for clad proofs.

Might as well hang it up, can't mention the name but a famous CRH cleaned out TN along time ago. His finds were fantastic......
Shouldn't take much work to search up some history on his finds.

Key words here fantastic finds and a long time ago. I think I'll give it a shot. Tennessee is a big state.

Yes, you warned me. My first box....skunked. However, I will not be deterred, hard- headed that way. It's the hunt I enjoy.
