So I heard that people get over 10 boxes and still get skunked. Well I went to the bank today (the one where I always find silver) and I got 60$ in halves. I found 1 40%! A 1967!

This is lucky right?

I can beat that. Bank forgot to order my boxes and had $40 in CWR. There were 3 Barbers, 6 Walkers and 4 40%ers. This was 7/30/11 my first month.

The guy who got the Walker ender in his first ever roll wins this competition, followed by me with my '64 Kennedy ender in my first ever roll. Unless anybody else cares to challenge? :p

In all graciousness, though, congrats on the '67, man :) Anytime you find silver while CRHing is lucky - Period!

Why is everyone trying to one up each other? Anyways, a nice find for only $60 worth.

I just got my first halve box a couple days ago and in the second roll was a beautiful '68. I also found 1-'02, 3-'03, 4-'04, 1-'07 , 1-'08, 1-09, which the guide says to keep and 1-'74, 4-'95, 1-'97 that are very shiny and a '90 and a '93 that have like a mirror finish but don't have the S nor are they frosted. I don't know what to keep or if I should keep any...except the '68.

The shiny regular clads, throw back. The NIFCs you can get some profit on eBay (not much).

I applaud you for reading the Beginner's guide, something many people don't do!

I can beat that! My first half box had JACK SQUAT! Why is my story better? Cuz I said the hell with that box I'm buyin some more - now I have about $10G in silver and that was about 15 months ago. I think I would've rather found silver in the first box like you guys tho, so you win! :)
