Congrats! I love finding those. They are the oldest nickel style you can find in rolls (unless somehow someone slips a shield nickel in a roll). Shield nickels have a smaller diameter than the newer nickels (meaning from v nickels to modern nickels). So machines will almost always eject them if they somehow get into a coin machine. I had a pretty good year last year for V nickels, I ended the year with 27 total. Most of which had dates!
