Why do you start a thread for every single question? lol

These questions have been answered many times by just browsing all the other threads asking the same thing

Hi i was wondering if any of you offer to buy any old coins from the tellers that keep them. Also what do you ask the teller? Do you have any odd or old coins? If they have said they have odd or old money did you pay face or paid a little more for it because they kept it? What are some of your stories with this?
Why would you pay a teller more than face value for a coin. Is your bank a coin shop in addition to a bank.

I have offered to tellers in the past, but they all have told me that they can't take more than face value for the coins in their tray. When I tell them I will pay a bit more for the coins that they already own, they get tight lipped and never have anything for me. So I just stopped offering.

I paid a teller $100 for a roll of Franklins and Walkers a few years back. She would have been happy with $50, but I'd discovered a key date '38D upon inspection.
