Hey Hey!

I worked the maximum days in my calendar month. What better way to pass the time, but CRH'ing!

I didn't keep an accurate count of what I searched. But I can tell you it was a mix of MWR's, CWR's, TWR's, loose from the trays and 4 bags off the coin counters. My haul before today was 1 90%er and 5 40's.

But today took the title of 'awesome'. One bank in particular is in a small town and they said I can buy the bag off the coin counter. In the bag was:

1 '42 Walker
1 '68
A few 1970's Peso's

And...

A LARGE CENT!! (No date visible)

Oh and a cat in the bank...

Meow-Yahtzee!!!

Very nice! Can we see the front of the large cent ? We might be able to tell you what time frame it was from because they had different heads for certain sets of years

Sweet finds! That large cent looks to be a draped bust, which would put it between 1796 to 1807. That is ridiculous. I found an 1854 large cent in a bag a couple months ago. Definitely a rare find

Wow thats a sweet bag!!!

Bags are super rare for me around here, but today I did snag up a 500$ quarter bag. results pending... have like 1800 total CWR(and the bag included) to go through!!!

A large cent?!?!? Thats wicked!! Too bad it looks real worn, I wonder if they could get mixed in boxes, or only into bags directly from a coin machine.

Awesome hunt!! keep it up

That largie is REALLY worn, but I think its a draped bust, which date it somewhere between 1796-1807.

Thanks for the congrats and info guys! I see what you guys see now. Definite silhouette of the bust. I think I see the remnants of an '8'. Worn or not, a definite keeper!!

Yahtzeeee!
