Hey guys, still huntin, just havent been posting as much... Last week I found my first pre 64 proof 90%, a 61 Ben in ok shape... Didnt really see it as post worthey although it was another milestone for sure!

Well this week I was going through a box and the 63 proof was in my 2nd roll into the box... the rim stuck out like crazy, and I knew it was going to be something super rare!! I first saw the reverse, and wow it was awesome, I dont think these pics do justice, I tried to get an angle to show how reflective they are. I understand the "gem quality" rating now! Wow its pretty... lol

Also shown is my eGo E-cig, These things are awesome, I havent looked back at cigs since I started vaping... choose my own (CUSTOMIZABLE)flavor juices which are so tastey!!(mtbakervapor shoutout) Much healthier, cheaper, and usable where you cant smoke, and easy transition from a pack a day smoker for 10+ years... Give the real ecigs a try, not those crappy gas station cigalikes. My friends smoke around me and it doesnt bother me at all, not like it did when I tried to quit cold turkey! lol

Enjoy!

What you're seeing there is cameo. It holds a premium for most years pre-1971, as long as the coin is nice enough to justify it. Unfortunately, the other side is not frosted, or you'd have a very nice coin on your hands. Here's a deep cameo Franklin I purchased. It's a $500 coin. This photo doesn't do it justice.

Oh I think your right bigscores! It is real reflective... What do you think im looking at price wise? I do have some free grading coupons for ANACS, just never had anything I felt worthey of sending off.

Mine is looking just like those on ebay when i search 1963 ben franklin cameo.

The reverse doesn't look frosted enough to carry a premium. I mean, to be worth money... Here are the images of that coin prior to it being slabbed. The spotting isn't as prevalent in hand, it's really nice. This is DCAM. CAM would be slightly less frosted devices and less "black" fields when you look at it. The devices still need to be fully frosted to carry a CAM designation. For example, on proof Walking Liberty Halves, many have the cameo surfaces, but the sun loses its frost very quickly, making cameo WLH's extremely rare.

It's not the reflectivity you want to focus on, they're all quite reflective, it's the frost on the devices... On Franklin, the bell, the letters, the date, eagle... stuff like that. The frost will make or break the designation.

Right on, thanks for the tips! You are right, the front is much more frosty than the reverse...

So, is that the Ego Twist, or just the regular Ego, The Ego twist is much better, you can really kick up the vapor with one lol, been in to Ecigs on and off for 3-4 years, started out with the Kr808, anyway, Nice score there, I have only found 1 Franklin proof, think it's a 61, nice shape, but not really any frost to it. Really nice one ya got there! HH, Maverick.

Thx mav, I think the one pictured was the (genuine Joyetech)eGo C Upgrade, I just got an offbrand eGo Twist, 1000mAh size... Its amazing vaping at 4-4.4 volts! wish it was joyetech, but this puts me at 4 batteries anyways... prolly next in line is the vamo...

I wish I would have found vaping years ago when it first came out... but its great I still found it, i feel like a kid in a candy store going on the website and browsing what flavor(s) I want to buy next!! lol... Been 3 weeks since i touched a cig!! Friends smoke infont of me, and it dont bother me, I just try to get them to try my vape!

It def will get a smoker to quit if they give it a chance and find the vape they like, for me though, I something didn't agree with me in the eliquids, I've tried a hundred +, after a few weeks my tongue and throat get really sensitive to it and I have to stop, wish it didn't do that because I really enjoyed it.

Have you tried from mtbakervapor?

Their prices are so cheap, they make it on the spot, and mix to your likings...

They have water mixtures too, although I dont know what the deal with those is at all, but maybe it will work for you.

Ive only tried from them, and myfreedomsmokes, which I liked most of what I tried, MBV is just cheaper, and has more options(extra flavor shots, fully custom etc)... Orange tic tac from MFS is in my top 3, white tic tac(white out) from MBV is in the top 3 also... I think I have 30+ different flavors now... and im starting to get into mixing my own... lol its just another real fun hobby! I could rant for hours about it! lol... grimmgreen on youtube is a great channel also, and indoorsmokers :P

I love vaping and watching reviews by those 2 guys... theres some other channels I like too, but cant remember their names offhand
