I haven't searched much in awhile but one bank I do check regularly said "we have a bag, we don't know why the fed sent it." So I ran to my bank and got cash. The bag had two 40%'s and proof.

When I went to dump them the next day I stopped another bank and one of the tellers had $2.00 in halves.
