Been doing this for 3 years now, finally pulled my first one. I thought it would come in a box loaded with silver but this only came with one 40% and the other box with it was a skunk. looks like that gunk will come off easily with some soap. 1912-D

Great find! I did my first "minor" CRH on Friday. The bank had only 3 rolls of halves - skunks of course. Then I got a hair cut for $8.00. Gave him a roll ($10) in payment and he was PO'd......

Well, yeah I dumped on him.... But it was a $2.00 tip!

He did not thank me....

Geez, glad I didn't get rolls of dimes and pay him with two rolls......

I'm counting out the halves dropping them into his hand two at a time. Then he says "That's six dollars". I know he's po'd..... 7, 8, 9, 10.... The look on his face! He didn't even put them in the register or his pocket! Stacked them up on a cabinet.... Guess I'll get my hair cut elsewhere next time.
