Hmm it looks like it was struck through something. Need a better picture though

It is definitely struck through something based off of the "blemish" on the other side of the line, what it was struck through, I have no clue. Hopefully somebody else could help ya.

Maybe a cracked dye, maybe a hair was on the Planchet or the dye. I'm not entirely sure but it is definitely a minting error !!

Looks like maybe a strike through, though some better pics would be nice. The metal in the indentation looks liek of "fuzzy" which definitely sounds like a strike through of some sort.
