24 bucks would be the price today for a 2014 eagle at the local coin shop.

Maybe 23

Offer him $25 or something, he might budge, you have to remember that travelling from dealer to dealer looking for the best price isn't so economical with the price of gas, wear and tear on your vehicle, etc. if you pay $1-2 more for a few coins, so be it. if you're happy with the deal, go for it

We all want the best deal but I like to think of the long haul and average it out. I have bought from around $15 all the way up to around $48/oz. So if you can buy and its comfortable just stack it in the pile. Also it never hurts to offer a bit less most of the time they will work with you. Good luck
