That's some pretty good dime finds out of change. I wish I had a source like that to look thru. The nickel looks like it has been around the block a few times .Good luck in finding more silver dimes.

I am surprised the vending machine excepts the silver coins. I've went through change in the vending machine 5 or 6 times now and have found 2 war nickels, 2 silver dimes, a proof bicentennial quarter and lots of Canadian coins. HH

Vending machine that takes nickels in 2015? Almost unheard of.

I really don't know where you get that from. Every vending machine I know of still takes nickels. They are important because of the change from purchase factor also.

The vending machine had nickels, dimes, quarters and a gold dollar.
