I've mostly been rolling pennies and dimes the last few months; I'd been having mediocre luck with nickels (a keeper every second box or so) and had pretty much given up on halves (after a 30 some box skunk streak last year). Dimes had been consistently good up until a 5 box skunk streak this month. I had some extra time this past weekend, so ordered up some extra boxes to double down, and it turned out pretty well. Nine boxes all together:

Halves #1: 67x2, 68, 68d
Halves #2: 40, 54d, 62d, 63, 64x3 (the 64s are in great condition, one BU), 68d
Halves #3: 64, 80s clad proof
Nickels #1: skunk
Nickels #2: 36 buffalo
Nickels #3: 69s proof w/ full steps, 68d that looks unusually nice
Pennies#1: 1886 Indian (I think type 2?); 41, 44x2, 44d, 50d, 51d, 53s, 55, 55d, 56d
Pennies#2: 1902 Indian; 40, 42x2, 44, 45, 45dx2, 46, 50d, 51d, 52, 52dx2, 53d, 55d, 56dx2, 57d, 58d
Pennies#3: 37d, 41, 44d, 50, 50s, 51d, 52s, 54d, 56, 57x2, 58d, and a rusty Korean 10 won

These were my first Indians, so it was quite the shocker to get two in a row. They're in pretty rough shape, but still exciting to find. Half box #2 was pretty rad.

I've been trying to fill the Jefferson 1938-61 Whitman folder for about two years now, and have stalled out still needing 38s, 39d, 39s, 44s, 45d, 50d; I haven't found a coin for the folder in about 15 boxes, with a total of around 50 searched. Has anybody managed to fill the folder entirely from coin roll hunting? Nickels have been consistently disappointing lately, and I'm loosing hope of every finding any of the tough dates.

My penny boxes have been off the chart the last two weeks - I found a 1909vdb (vdb is pictured) , 1910s, and an uncirculated Canadian 1935 Kind George V last week, and now pulled the two Indians this week. I'm trying to fill the Whitman 1941-1974 folder, and am making steady headway on the remaing S mints. I haven't found any of the steel cents; I had figured that the magnetic cents get kicked out of the machines, so I don't really anticipate pulling them from circulation. Has anybody pulled the steel cents out of bank rolled coins?

Keep on rollin'

Get CWR if you can. I've pulled five steel cents this year, three of them were from the same roll. As for nickels, they've been good to me. I've found all of the ones you're missing. V-nickels on the other hand... None. Zero. Zip. Lot's of Buff's, lots of war nickels, but no V's. Grrr...
