PMD nickel or Error?

Got a couple more bags of nickels yesterday, pulled a 43P and this one:

Not quite sure what to make of it... Doesn't really look like its been clipped by like a tin snips/bolt cutter or anything, and with the cracking coming off it? I'm guessing some sort of weird PMD, but figured post on here on the off chance its a planchet error or something.

Also pulled this one, my 13th coin from the Bahamas:

I'm not an expert, but it looks like an error from the mint. I don't know how you could do that to a coin after minting to get the way it looks.
