Well here it is. Not what you want to see. Picked up a hand full of silver that were loose at the same bank where I got the 18 boxes. Hope me pulling those 18 skunks out of there helps you guys out. Let me know if you get some good ones. Mine were all CWI dated Nov 17, 2007. I brought them back home and dumped them here. None of them had a single mark on them. Lost of brand new 1996 mixed in with other dates with worn out edges. Looked like a casino surrender to me. Thank goodness the dogs did well. One little ruby female won all the silver. Thanks for looking.

Sorry to here the skunks.

The photo, which is a familiar one for you, brings up a question.

Where, How & What do you do with all those trophy's?

Cat, Sorry to hear that! That's really unheard of to get that many... Wow.

Out of curiousity can you reveal the CWI # from those boxes?

I just picked up 5 boxes today -- 2 of the boxes had 2 silver showing -- one with a walker and a 1964 kennedy. Should be a fun box to open.

All my boxes lately have been unmarked boxes and have been producing much better (last week and this week it would seem).

I haven't seen boxes dated from Nov 2007 for a long time... it's really too bad they didn't produce average results or better.

I am going to hazard a guess and say #92. That has been the number on my skunk boxes.

Cat,

That is what I got in every CWI box I ever opened. Lots of smooth rims and some shiny 1990s coins mixed in. Where did all the silver go in those boxes?

Congrats on your dog's victory though.

WTG Cat!! I think your dogs are the best silver finders in the forum....lol. I've seen alot of silver platters and silver cups going home with you because of them. Kudos girl!! You obviously know what you doing with those dogs.....sweet!

Best of luck to you at the next show.

Thanks everyone. I pick up 18 more boxes in St Louis tomorrow. Wish me luck

The box number was 86 and the date was Nov 28th 2007

Some of the silver I get to keep some of it has to go back to the show next year. I have boxes of stuff in the attic. I have been breeding these dogs for 25 years. I should be able to get something right after that length of time.

Did a short road trip today but only got one 68. Most of the banks have no halves. I will be back in Minneapolis the end of the month.

Good luck on your St. Louis boxes! I'm headed there next week, and will do a little "cold calling" downtown. I don't have any cute dogs, so I have to find all of the silver myself ;D ;D!! HH, Gpurs....

Call ahead and order some boxes. It was well worth my time. One box had 70 silver's in it. Only one Walker and two Bens. I was much happier with that then with the Baltimore boxes.

Oh and one of my dogs got a Group Two.

Good Luck
