delta 4000 / ace 250 - used BH and many others too
according to my red book 2009 -- with the bar - in the first "0"on the 1800 its a 1800 over 1779 type -- which had hair type 2 (see the curl at the tip end of the hair by the 1 in 1800 )

Looks to be a S-196. Wide Overdate - Final 0 High - Second Inside Pair Stemless.

One of the most common of the of the 7 type 2 hair overdates.
