NORFED error

My dad sold me these for spot last winter. I didn't notice it then, but they are errors. I tried looking at Ebay but really couldn't find what they are worth. So maybe one of you can enlighten me. Its the 2007/2006 error.

The front says "2007" and the backside says "2006" I have two of them.

I have one exactly like yours. The history behind these coins make them somewhat more valuable then silver content alone. This company placed a monetary symbol $20.00 on the coin. The US Mint is the ONLY company in the US that can do that.
The FBI raided the business and took all the silver planchets and minted coins, used them against the owners of the business
and the business owners spent some time in jail for their oversight.

In 2006 the U.S. Mint issued a press release stating that prosecutors at the Justice Department had determined that using Liberty Dollars as circulating money is a federal crime. The press release also stated that the "Liberty Dollars" are meant to compete with the circulating coinage (currency) of the United States and such competition consequently is a criminal act. The Justice Department also stated that the Liberty Dollar was confusingly similar to actual U.S. currency, and the language used on NORFED's website was deceptive.

Until July 2009, the Liberty Dollar was distributed by Liberty Services (formerly known as NORFED), based in Evansville, Indiana. It was created by Bernard von NotHaus, the co-founder of the Royal Hawaiian Mint Company. In May 2009, von NotHaus and others were charged with federal crimes in connection with the Liberty Dollar and, on July 31, 2009, von NotHaus announced that he had closed the Liberty Dollar operation, pending resolution of the criminal charges.

A federal grand jury brought an indictment against von NotHaus and three others in May 2009 in United States District Court in Statesville, North Carolina, and von NotHaus was arrested on June 6, 2009.

That's the kind of thing that if happend over a 100 years ago would probably make the coin quite collectible. If these guys didn't pump out tens of thousands of these I'd be inclined to hang on a while. Better to keep if all you'll get is a little over silver price.
