Help deciphering a reale

Hi all,

While out getting permission to hunt some new property, one of the landowners showed me a coin he found in his garden. It was a Mexico Mint 1762 Carolus III 8 Reale. Great condition, very little wear and nice toning, but he did have a shallow scrape on the coat of arms side where he hit it with his trowel.

I told him I'd get him some info on it, and he was real(e) pleased.

The only thing I can't figure out is what does the "Mo" on the Pillar Side mean and and what does "Vtraque Vnum" mean?

Sorry for the poor quality of the pictures, only had my phone with me.

Finally, could you ballpark a value on this so I could let him know?

The M with the o above it is the mint mark for Mexico City. This coin appears to be an 8 reale of Charles the 3rd. Utraque Unum (the V is actually a U) means Both One... Meaning New Spain and Spain are one country. Value without the scratch around $220 to $250... The scratch will bring it down to around $100 to $125 depending on how deep and distracting it is... Ill give an example for a coin I bought today... It lists for $1150 in the condition it was in, but because of a few shallow scratches, I bought it for around $500...
