would it happen to have 40% silver or is just considered clad of no value .saw plem\nty of ike pictures but nothing with a bell and circle on the back thanks guys

Only if the mint mark is an "S." The mint mark is located on the obverse, above the "1976" part of the date. If so, it is only worth melt value based upon your description of the condition.

PS. I'm not sure of what the silver content is on those...may or may not be 40%.
