It doesn't matter what you do with the coin, it's worth at least silver melt, being 90% silver. It's a great thing to get it for face value, it's just not a valuable date and mint. I do think it's an 1885 minted in Philly, hence no mint mark. If it had a CC (Carson City) as a mint mark then it would be worth more.
