Actually what you have is an off-center strike. It happens when the planchet doesn't land within the collar of the two dies. Off-center strikes are fairly common and only carry a premium when a significant portion of the coin's design is missing. Yours would carry no extra premium as it is ever so slight. Think of yours as much like a little wobble of the planchet as it was seated in the collar before striking.

It's still worth more than a penny! Might only be a few percent off, but i'm sure if you asked a LCS they would pay you .02 or so for it. :dontknow:
