Safe price to pay for Proof Franklin Halves

I know there is alot to consider, but assume dates are sellers choice, what is a good price to pay where you could flip for a profit?

Get them for no more then $1 over melt.

I have looked at junk coins and have seen prices way over melt price. I wouldn't pay much over melt and that amount would depend on the type of coin. I usually plug in the percent of silver and their asking price to see where that comes out to current melt price. I than will make the decision to purchase. In some prices what they want, the melt value would have to double before I would even break even myself.
